Good views, but some issues

The view from our room was awesome, right by the beach! The jacuzzi was kind of a letdown though. It looked dirty and I kinda regretted getting in. Also, the front desk staff could be friendlier. Oh, and it was noisy with people partying at night. Just wish they had a quiet time rule.

The front desk lady was very accommodating and friendly during check-in. Despite the issues, I appreciated having a luggage cart available, although it was often in use.
